Stainless steel and ebony boxwood knife made in Catalonia by Pallares Solsona, a third generation family business who have been making knives since 1917. Beautiful enough to take from kitchen to table, this size is ideal as a kitchen paring knife or as a table knife for cheese and charcuterie.

Solsona, a small town in northern Spain has a rich history of knife making, dating back to the sixteenth century. The Pallares family continue this traditional craftsmanship, ensuring each knife is made with the highest quality materials and sharpened by hand.
